The 2026 FIFA World Cup host country was officially announced on February 4, 2022. The tournament will be hosted by the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
Three Countries, One Tournament
For the first time in FIFA World Cup history, three countries will jointly host the tournament. The United States, Canada, and Mexico will share hosting duties, with the majority of matches taking place in the United States.
- The United States will host 60 matches, including the final.
- Canada will host 10 matches.
- Mexico will host 10 matches.
