Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5-7 minutes until yeast is activated.
2. Add flour, salt, and melted butter to the bowl. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
3. Knead the dough for 10-12 minutes until smooth and elastic.
