Default Download Location
By default, Telegram on Mac saves downloads to the 'Downloads' folder in your user directory. This is the standard location for most applications on macOS.
- Open Finder on your Mac
- Click on 'Go' in the top menu bar
- Select 'Home'
- Open the 'Downloads' folder
Changing the Default Download Location
You can change the default download location in Telegram settings:
- Open Telegram on your Mac
- Click on 'Settings'
- Select 'Data and Storage'
- Choose a new download location
